Head of Marketing - Food Company

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing efforts for Green Global Foods. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, retail sales, and overall business growth. The Head of Marketing will work closely with sales, oversee the marketing team, and ensure alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
2. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
3. Manage retail marketing efforts, including promotions, in-store activations, and signage.
4. Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to drive revenue growth.
5. Lead and mentor the marketing team.
6. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
7. Develop and manage PR efforts, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
8. Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Instacart, etc.).
9. Collaborate with distribution partners, including KeHE and UNFI, to optimize retail presence.
10. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to improve ROI and effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura.
2. 4 años de experiencia.
3. Idiomas: Inglés.
4. Edad: entre 26 y 45 años.
5. Conocimientos: Análisis, Desarrollo de producto, Gestión de proyectos, Gestión de ventas, Marketing, Márketing estratégico.
6. Disponibilidad de viajar: Si.
