Automotive company is looking for a Production Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery while managing a high-performing team.

• Manage and monitor daily production activities to ensure efficient work flow, timely delivery, and high-quality output in line with company goals.
• Lead and motivate production teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline production processes, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols, guaranteeing products meet the highest industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage resources (materials, equipment, labor) effectively, balancing production demands with operational costs to achieve optimal results.

Perfil buscado

• 5+ years of experience in production management, with a focus on automotive manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of production planning systems, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a high-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Advanced English (Mandatory).
