We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as MCAD Designer, based in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).

As MCAD Designer, you will support all activities related to Customer Design Changes.

Your Tasks will be:

1. Route wiring using Catia Routing Electrical tools.
2. Address and resolve packaging issues related to wiring.
3. Participate in customer meetings related to wiring.
4. Work in the customer’s PLM following OEM rules and requirements.
5. Release designs following Customer requirements and standards.
6. Merge MCAD data with ECAD data.
7. Troubleshoot and solve discrepancies between MCAD and ECAD.
8. Share knowledge of tools and processes, train less experienced designers.
9. Create space claim models for provisional components, throughs, grommets, etc.
10. Create presentations using PowerPoint or Excel.

To be successful in this role you will need:

1. Education: Engineering Degree.
2. 5 or more years of experience in the automotive industry.
3. English Proficient.
4. Experience with Catia and SolidWorks software.
5. Understanding of customer specifications, design software tools by OEM, 3D mechanical model reading, and electrical schematics.
