Job Description

Support by new product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation, and installation on production environment. Develop instructions and internal procedures to ensure compliance of changes and modifications required by CN, CoC or central entities.

Pressing System Specialist:

1. Responsible to follow implementation of DMD's / VVT's / and general specifications requested for VS.
2. Responsible for supporting by quality / customer audits.
3. Responsible for supporting by fixtures and tools: Designing, acceptance validation, release, and implementation on production process.
4. Responsible to support validation of new part number implementations and new lines launches.
5. Eliminate non-valued added activities.
6. Maintain constant communication with CN colleagues to understand changes and new requirements and communicate them to MFP group.

Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and vulnerabilities in process and provide training for engineers and technicians to solve them and implement this trainings and actions in a systematic way. Authority and responsibility to initiate action to prevent nonconformity, identify and record all problems relating to the pressing system technology safety and quality system, initiate or recommend solutions, verify the effectiveness of the solutions and control further processing or delivery of the non conformance until it has been resolved.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor´s degree in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electromechanical

LANGUAGE: English advanced

SKILLS:

1. Ability to work in a team-based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
2. Requires 4+ years in pressing system technology:

• Promess
• Promess UltraPRO Technology
