Team Overview
As a Junior Designer you will support the Senior Copywriter, the Design Senior Manager, and the broader marketing team. A background in motion graphics and animation is highly preferred. In this role, you will be involved in the design of digital assets for our fintech marketing campaigns, delivering a variety of creative assets from in-app ecosystems to social media graphics, website elements, email templates, and advertisements. You will also focus on creating dynamic, engaging animations that bring our marketing campaigns to life.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior Copywriter, and working closely with the Design Senior Manager, and the Design Project Manager, by designing visually compelling digital assets for various platforms (in-app, websites, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.), as well as creating engaging motion graphics and animations.
- Helping to produce short-form videos, GIFs, and other animated assets to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Creating design elements that align with our brand identity and communicate our messaging clearly and effectively.
- Assisting in the layout and design of marketing materials, including but not limited to infographics, banners, display ads, presentations, and BTL activations.
- Working with copy and design teams to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content across all channels.
- Collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all design assets.
- Taking feedback and revisions to improve design iterations and meet project requirements.
- Helping to maintain and organize design files, assets, and templates for future use.
- Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in the fintech and digital marketing space.
Role Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in graphic design at a company or agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your creative skills and design work.
- +2 years of experience in motion graphics and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills; Proficiency in animation software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools (Sketch).
- An understanding of digital design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) basics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with an eagerness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback.
- Knowledge or a growing interest in fintech or digital marketing is a plus.
- A strong eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and a desire to learn and grow in the design field.
- A basic understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms is helpful but not required.
- An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
