Important service company seeks: Human Resources Administration Manager to be responsible for managing and supervising all processes in the HR Service Delivery area. Meetings with the global team for intervention in high-impact business issues in the Latin American region.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review of onboarding process (salary, bank account, etc.)
  2. Payroll review for Latin America (incidents with payroll impact, etc.)
  3. Job changes
  4. Absence Management follow-up
  5. Support tasks for employee lifecycle management
  6. Request compensation changes
  7. Request one-time payments
  8. Oversee employee benefits
  9. Compensation support tasks
  10. Supervise voluntary and involuntary terminations (Manager-Initiated Termination)
  11. Global, regional, and local support

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA (preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  3. Management of payroll service providers
  4. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  5. Experience in implementing and managing HR systems, mandatory Workday
  6. Proficiency Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
  7. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  8. Fluent English
  9. Fluent Portuguese
