Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing data to help drive key business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with data to make a meaningful impact on the organization.

Your Impact:

As Data Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Develop and implement processes for data validation and quality assurance.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data, identify key business metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of data for predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data-related issues.
  • Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable recommendations.
  • Document and maintain analytical processes for future reference.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
