One of the most respected Law Firms in Kentucky, USA, is looking for a top performer to serve as Bilingual Collections Specialist, Located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.

EXPERTISE FIELDS:

• Collections (money and documents).
• Enjoys customer Service.
• Experience managing assigned databases to collect.
• Experience reporting progress and challenges on their collection.
• Ideal if experience creating macros and spreadsheets.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• College Degree related to Finance, administration, or similar fields. (it can be in progress).

PROGRAMS AND OTHERS:

• Advanced Computer skills, Office Pack: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ideal knowledge on handling cases assigned via the ticketing system.

LANGUAGES (this is mandatory):

• Spanish: Native or business level.
• English: Native or business level.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CST (Or from 8 am to 5 pm CST according to daylight saving time begins and ends).
