Functions

• Customer complaint management
• Internal and external PPMs / NCT
• Manage customer warranties
• Management/Control of non-conformity closures (8Ds)
• Manage the area’s budget
• Compliance with IATF-16949 audits
• Compliance with customer audits

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (Graduate)
• CoreTools (PPAP, APQP, AMEF, SPC, MSA)
• Experience in D - TLD audits
• Advanced English
• VDA 6.3 Audit Process
• GD&T
• Analysis of problems 8DS / 5WS / RedX / Greenbelt
• CQI-9, CQ1-22, CQ15
• Customer Portals Knowledge
• Assembly and Machining Experience
• IATF 16949
