Key Job Responsibilities

1. Collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers.
2. Identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction.
3. Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
4. Build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 2+ years of program or project management experience
3. Speak, write, and read fluently in English
4. Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
5. Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
6. Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
7. Knowledge of SQL
