This program is sponsored by HP's Executive Leadership Team (ELT). By effectively managing the Lead to Cash process, we can increase efficiency, improve the customer experience, and boost revenue for the organization.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Global Process Transformation Lead to join the Customer Data workstream of Lead to Cash. This workstream aims to transform the Customer Mastering Process to a best-in-class process with simplified and holistic customer identification through E2E customer journey.
This role is responsible for strategically engaging in and leading global transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. The Global Process Transformation Lead is responsible for overseeing process design and capability development efforts, conducting complex analysis, and managing change for seamless execution. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance.
