This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in Tijuana, BCN. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining office supplies and inventory, managing schedules and appointments, coordinating meetings and events, and supervising administrative staff. Additional responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience in office administration and management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Leadership and team management abilities
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
