Descripción

• Develop the full sustainability strategy for the company
• Create operational standards that align with the corporate vision of the company and shareholders
• Reach the strategic objectives by developing new sustainability procedures around the country
• Evaluate the company against agave product competitors
• Participate in the convertion of important certifications about sustainability
• Manage a given budget to implement strategies
• Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders in order to communicate correctly the impact of sustainability and its importance to the business

Perfil buscado

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English. Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in sustainability roles (including manager-level positions) in FMCG companies. Suitable candidates should have a degree in Agronomy, Engineering or other related fields as well as post-graduate studies in business administration and sustainability. A strong background in agave production is required for this role.
