Responsibilities

The Opportunity

PepsiCo is embarking on a significant initiative of digitalization and standardization of the FP&A solution across all its markets in alignment with the “Planning 2025” vision to make the finance organization more capable, more agile, and more efficient. The Mosaic Program is a key enabler of that vision and is the FP&A solution of PepsiCo.

The Global Template (PGT) aims to integrate “vertical” planning for Operating Units (OUs) or markets and “horizontal” planning for functions (e.g., Global Procurement, Compensation and Benefits, etc.) that have accountability across markets. The program aims to harmonize data, planning processes, and ways of working across PepsiCo markets.

The North America Mosaic Solution Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high-quality solution for the MOSAIC North America program, specifically related to the management of financial planning.

The role will interact directly with the design, development, and maintenance of the solution and will work closely with various detail design and development teams. This role will require a strong background in financial planning (Topline, COGS, Opex), data quality/data flow, and development.

Your Impact:

• Support Mosaic Solution Sustain Activities leading the design of the solutions for FLNA and PBNA.
• Handle incidents for Mosaic Solution and strive for resolution of incidents within SLA.
• Manage enhancements for Mosaic Solution, involving requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and production deployment.
• Partner in preparing the Next Year Release Calendar for Mosaic.
• Partner in AOP Demand Project planning and Sprint Planning.
• Production Delivery Release Planning and execution.
• Production stage gate & Governance.
• Project Delivery Process & Tools.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• University education (BS/BA Level) or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Great communication skills.
• English language proficiency.
• Minimum of 5+ years of information technology or business experience.
• Strong understanding of the financial planning process, revenue management principles, and sales finance forecasting.
• Knowledge of IBM COGNOS ANALYTICS TM1 Solution.
• Functional knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting).
