Job Description

Position: Software Engineer (5–7 years) Technical Skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, NextJS, React, AWS, APIs, GitHub Actions

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of scalable web applications using Spring Boot and React.
• Design and optimize backend systems and APIs.
• Implement cloud-based deployments using AWS.
• Experience using DB technologies such as PostgreSQL.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD best practices using GitHub Actions.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Java and frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in RESTful API design and backend systems.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of React, NextJS, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Deep understanding of full stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architecture.
• Familiarity with backend systems integration and optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as Scrum is required.
• Ability to work with a dynamic team in a collaborative way.
