We are considering candidates who are located in Latam
Head of Sales for TV Sales in Latam
Experience in launching products into new markets will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase the company's market share in the auto electronics market.
- Managing the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation and monitoring of sales plans.
- Negotiating and concluding major contracts with key customers and partners.
- Analyzing market trends, competitors and customer needs to improve the product range.
- Developing and controlling the sales department budget.
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Reporting on key performance indicators and achievement of targets.
Requirements:
- Higher education in business, marketing or relevant technical specialization.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position.
- English level C1.
- Successful track record of managing a sales team and achieving high performance.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
