DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the coordination and analysis of the technical requirements of our customers and the development of the system concept with an interdisciplinary team consisting of hardware, software and design.

1. The evaluation of technical changes and the development and implementation of appropriate solutions.
2. Bundle the know-how of the functions represented and represent these functions in the project team and in the direction of the customer.
3. Define the system breakdown in terms of hardware, software and design and commission their project-specific development system characteristics.
4. Analyze correlations and effects and ensure the reliable realization of system properties and release defined component configurations after testing.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A completed degree in Mechatronics Engineering, or physics with a reinforcement in the areas of design, lighting technology or electronics and have strong analytical thinking.
2. More than three years of experience in the development of electronic, optical or mechanical systems and will become an expert in at least one of these disciplines.
3. In the direction of a (sub) project development, you can already prove and trust the next step in the management of multidisciplinary design teams with high demands on your leadership skills.
4. These distinct communicative skills facilitate your successful management of multi-continental projects with both internal and external contacts.
5. Fluent English as well as a high disposition to travel and mobility.
6. Self-initiative organized and ownership.
