Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be an experienced digital marketing professional who excels in customer acquisition, personalization, and campaign optimization. This individual will have a proven track record in roles that integrate marketing, customer insights, data analytics, and business execution within a digital environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination and leadership skills, enabling them to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts. Additionally, they will demonstrate a deep understanding of retail media strategies and be adept at leveraging data to inform decision-making and enhance campaign performance. This role requires a proactive and innovative thinker who can navigate the complexities of digital marketing and deliver exceptional results.

As E Commerce Digital Performance Coordinator, your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Developing and implementing customized full-funnel marketing campaigns aligned with the business objectives established by each brand.
  • Generating insights from data obtained from analysis and bid management platforms to create innovative strategies that optimize conversion.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns and new initiatives.
  • Owning relationships with different retailers for the correct implementation of campaigns, obtaining valuable data to evaluate results.
  • Managing the Ecommerce budget, following up on payments and performing reconciliations with sales and finance teams.
  • Analyzing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and threats within the Mexican digital market, especially in the food category.
  • Acting as a Retail Media expert across the corporation.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Exploring and integrating new technologies and tools to enhance marketing efforts and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field.

Experience

  • English and Spanish fluent professional.
  • Experience in working on an Agile/Scrum Methodology is a plus.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and Ecommerce preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in brand management, massive consumer goods or related.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital roles.
  • Highly-oriented results.
  • Consumer-centric mindset.
  • Search management (Amazon and WM) or programmatic media purchasing background with agency experience.
  • Proven track record in data-rich analyses and being a team player.
  • A self-starter who conveys a sense of urgency, drives issues to closure, and gets things done.
  • Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of self-service ads platforms such as Criteo, Topsort, Amazon Ads a plus.
