Requisitos:

• Carrera concluida
• 2 a 5 años de experiencia en Seguridad Industrial, Análisis de riesgos y salud ocupacional
• Liderazgo para llevar un equipo de trabajo.
• Seguimiento a indicadores claves de negocio.
• Inglés medio-avanzado.
• Excel medio-avanzado.
• Radicar en Guadalajara o 100% disponibilidad de cambio de residencia.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.

Objetivo del puesto:

• Desarrollar y gestionar la implementación de los programas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional necesarios en la región comercial, apoyando a las operaciones en el adecuado establecimiento de los estándares Heineken y regulación nacional.
• Validar la evaluación de los diferentes riesgos desarrollados por las gerencias de zona para las personas.
• Implementar servicios y programas de medicina preventiva, para mantener y/o mejorar la salud y prevenir enfermedades relacionadas al trabajo en la región comercial.
