What will you do?

A Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure that products and processes meet organizational and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific certifications and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and documentation.
• Conducting internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
• Analyzing production processes to identify and mitigate risks or inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Training employees on quality standards and best practices.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
