A leading company in logistics services is seeking a Site Operations Manager responsible for the efficient management of warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation services while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Descripción

• Oversee daily site operations, including warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and transportation activities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies.
• Develop, manage, and report on the site's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align operations with business goals.

Perfil buscado

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or 3PL operations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
