Director Digital Marketing, Growth & Sales - Universidad

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional Growth, Digital Marketing & Sales Director for our client, a prestigious university. The position is located in Puebla, Mexico. This senior leadership role will be instrumental in driving our institution's growth, enhancing our brand presence, and increasing student enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, growth, and sales strategies to achieve the university's enrollment and revenue goals
• Lead and mentor the marketing, growth, and sales teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Create and manage budgets for all marketing, growth, and sales initiatives
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and increase brand awareness
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on progress to senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and community leaders
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or growth roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and technologies
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience in the higher education sector is highly desirable
• Familiarity with the Mexican and international education markets
