• Lead the software testing team to ensure all software products meet the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive software test strategies and plans.
• Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve any software issues.
• Ensure software tests are conducted in accordance with industry best practices.
• Monitor and report on software testing progress and results.
• Identify and manage risks related to software testing.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the software testing team.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies in the life science industry.

Perfil buscado

A successful Manager Software Test Engineer should have:

• 15+ years of experience in IT.
• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• 3+ years specifically as a manager.
• Strong background in testing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of API testing.
• Experience with Java or Python.
• Understanding of performance testing, cloud testing, and other testing types.
• Familiarity with cloud testing, ideally AWS and Azure.
• Agile software testing.
