Team Overview
The Mid Platform HRBP Team plays a critical role in shaping and executing people strategies that drive business success. As a key partner to the Mid Platform organization, the team is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business needs, supporting leadership in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. The team focuses on fostering a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring smooth people operations. With deep expertise in stakeholder management, change leadership, and data-driven decision-making, the Mid Platform HRBP Team is committed to creating an agile, inclusive, and thriving work environment that empowers employees and fuels business growth.
Role Responsibilities
- As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Mid Platform Team, you will play a strategic role in driving people initiatives that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Partnering closely with leadership, you will provide expert guidance on talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.
- You will proactively address key HR challenges, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies.
- This role requires a strong ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics, influence decision-making, and drive a high-performance culture.
- Additionally, you will support leadership in fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.
