Responsibilities

The Opportunity

In this position, the employee will gain knowledge of various operations within the Sales Commercial Americas region teams. They will provide critical support to ensure optimal operations during pivotal moments and offer assistance in operational activities as required.

Your Impact

As Sales Support Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Parts and equipment invoice processing.
  • Assistance in equipment purchasing and procurement.
  • Generation and processing of surveys.
  • Data validation between systems.
  • Playbook updates.
  • Cross-system problem solving.
  • Note: as this is a support position the activities may vary depending on operational needs.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience

  • Fluent English: written and spoken.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Microsoft Power Platform knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement (Bi, Apps, Automate, Pages).
  • Ability to learn multiple systems.
  • Proactive and curious.
