About the role

The Document Verification Sr. Representative is responsible for reviewing consumer credit operations, validating that the information and the documentation of the client comply with the approved profile by the analysis area, as well as ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures. This position requires proposing initiatives to improve the quality of the review, optimize response times and reduce costs in the area.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics and/or Engineering.
• 2+ years working in the financial sector, preferably in activities related to document verification, back office and/or other administrative roles.
• Advanced English Skills.
• Experience in reviewing and capturing information.
• Solid oral and written skills.
• Detail oriented.
• High capacity to concentrate in repetitive activities.
• Capacity to work with teams.
• Excellent attitude towards service.
• Intermediate level in Office.

What you will be doing

• Review and corroboration of customer information.
• Verification of information through technological and visual validations.
• Document validation and data entry.
• Detection of inconsistencies in documents and information.
• Lead and participate in projects of process development.
• Assure the correct application of policies and procedures.
• Raise awareness for fraud prevention.
• Maintain and improve the level of service by meeting response times and levels of satisfaction.
• Support Jr. Representatives in the execution of their daily activities and provide them with guidance.
