Back Office Agent - Auto Documentation Processor

The Back Office Agent processes documentation related to car purchasing and insurance auctions.

You'll be verifying documentation mostly, handling some outbound calls (around 30% of your time only), and sending emails to request missing documents or corrections.

Requirements:

1. 6+ Months as a fully bilingual agent.
2. 100% Bilingual in English and Spanish. Minimum B2 level, with great writing skills required.
3. High School Diploma.

Positions available On Site, in Angelopolis!!!

Working hours are 8am-6pm, with two days off.
