Description:

As an Information Security - Privileged Access Management, your mission will be to ensure adherence to corporate policy and the execution of the PAM controls designed. You will also be responsible for procedures and controls to assure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices.

We need someone to help us in different fronts:

1. Serve as technical subject matter expert for Privileged Access Management.
2. Review Identity and Access Management processes, covering user lifecycle, regular recertification processes, exceptions, and approvals, in line with Santander Group.
3. Contribute to the development, implementation, and execution of the controls: documenting and reviewing the scope and objectives associated with the IAM/PAM controls.
4. Support Internal and External Audit requests, working closely with Compliance, Audit, and Risk & Control Partners to ensure actions are completed on a complete, accurate, and timely basis.
5. Review evidence/documents/controls to ensure required remedial action has been completed.
6. Cyber technology risk management: coordinate the adoption of Cyber Framework, Cyber & Technology Risk policies, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Knowledge of IAM tools, such as SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.
8. Spot and address deficiencies between current and desired state of IAM-related matters.
9. Foster automation wherever possible to ensure data quality and task scaling.
10. Ensure compliance requirements and support audits for the area of IAM.
