Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage a results driven sales team.
Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager).
Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.
Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.
Field travel required to support customers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.
Large scale food manufacturing.
Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for them to process the raw materials.
Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems (AutoCad experience).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, Technical Sales or Engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial and food industry.
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. (could be Business degree as well).
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
