Production supervisor

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Team leader on assembly lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve company goals through strategies and teamwork.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
● Professional or technical preparation.
● 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or personnel leader.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
● English 50%
● Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes.
● Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 whys, Ishikawa, 8D's).
● Leadership
● Teamwork
● Ease of speech, good communication
● Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
● Analytical
● Decision making, negotiation, staff-oriented.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respect and comply with safety policies.
• Meet safety metrics 0 accidents, 5 OPS's per week.
• Participate and/or lead Safety gembas.
• Participate and/or lead in process improvements / Workshops / phases of new models.
• Participate and/or lead quality problem-solving meetings.
• Meet Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
• Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tools, Andon, etc.), and avoid line stops, adhere to the production plan.
• Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
• Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
• Comply with the safety rules determined according to their function.
• Comply in time with the planned training related to Quality and Training.
• Identify and report any issues regarding quality and compliance and support corrective actions.
