We are currently seeking a professional to join our team in the role of Bilingual Call Center Customer Service. This role is responsible for attending to client requirements in financial services through phone calls while adhering to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-money Laundering, and Compliance Best Practices.

Principal Responsibilities of the Role:

  1. Analysis and review of client support requirements based on best practices learned during onboarding.
  2. Review of quality and correct processes following bank protocols for client attention.
  3. Maintain contact with stakeholders and managers to update reports.

Requirements for the Role:

  1. Advanced conversational English skills to maintain effective conversations with international clients and stakeholders.
  2. Experience in customer service or call centers.
  3. University degree completed or in progress, to be completed within 6 months to 1 year.
  4. 1 year of experience in call centers focused on customer support and service is a plus that will be considered for an upgraded compensation offer.
