Job Summary

Our premium account is looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction for one of the most important telecommunications companies.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  1. Receiving calls from clients.
  2. Answering incoming customer service calls.
  3. Providing a high level of professional and competent service assistance.
  4. Successfully completing and approving training and quality requirements.
  5. Suggesting products and additional services (sales focus).

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  1. Answering inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieving call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
  2. Open-minded, trustworthy, compliance-oriented, flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
