Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Salary: MXN 60,000 gross per month + attractive commission incentives

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead a team of 3 Key Account Managers (KAMs) and drive customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. As the voice of the customer, you will ensure alignment between Cubbo’s objectives and our clients’ business goals while optimizing the use of our technology and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor a team of 3 KAMs, fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. Strengthen relationships with key clients to maximize retention.
  3. Identify upselling opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue.
  4. Act as the main customer advocate, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Manage contract renewals and negotiations to secure long-term commitments.
  6. Educate clients on Cubbo’s technology for improved fulfillment efficiency.
  7. Analyze customer data to drive strategic decision-making and improvements.
  8. Ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues to maintain satisfaction.

Qualifications
  1. Strong customer-first mindset with a track record in customer success, account management, or sales.
  2. Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving performance.
  3. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  4. Familiarity with e-commerce, fulfillment operations, and logistics is a plus.
  5. Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage data and automation for business growth.
  6. Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English.
