Sales Area Manager.
BMW Financial Services.
As a Sales Area Manager, you will design the strategy of selling financial services through F&I and dealer personnel, new product development, visits to dealers, market analysis from the competition to achieve the target of market penetration.
Responsibilities.
Consolidate monitoring reports and develop effective internal reports such as KPI’s, approved vs not contracted, clean ratio, booked rate, approved rate, visits report to dealers, floor plan rate analysis and benchmarking.
Negotiate with the Credit and Risk areas, conditions of financing plans (interest rates, terms, down payment, commissions, terms of new products, feasibility, processes) to move business forward.
Lead the BMW FS sales origination process at all levels, assuring proper lead generation via credit applications and delivering sales conversion through an acceptable level of credit approvals and book to look.
Monitor that the service provided by F&I's complies with the policy established by BMW FS and contributes to achieve the stablished KPI's.
Conduct regular meetings to present Commercial Finance products and give follow up to the dealer´s status (Payments, Audits, rating, products, credit studies and areas of improvement).
Qualifications and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business areas.
Strong knowledge in the automotive and finance industry.
+4 years at least in a similar position.
Knowledge of financial analysis and economy.
Fluent in English.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of macro and micro economic indicators.
