As the Robotics and Digitalization Sr Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our robotics, automation, and digitalization initiatives. You will play a crucial role in defining our technology strategy, managing projects, and leading a team of experts.

Job Purpose:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in project management. You should possess knowledge and experience in personnel management, manufacturing, and logistics management (internal and/or contractors), as well as financial knowledge of projects. Familiarity with robot engineering and experience with robotics-related projects is essential. You will need management experience in project execution, along with strong communication, influencing, and coaching skills. Fluent English is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for robotics and digitalization initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
2. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and monitoring robotics and digitalization projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of skilled professionals including roboticists, engineers, data scientists, and software developers.
4. Technology & Robotics Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and robotics, assess their relevance to the organization, and make recommendations for adoption or investment.
5. Budget Management: Manage the budget for robotics and digitalization projects, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with technology projects, including data security, compliance, and technical challenges.
7. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source technology solutions and manage relationships.
8. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
9. Data Strategy: Collaborate and implement a data strategy, including data collection, storage, analysis, and utilization, to support decision-making.
10. Change Management: Implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization.
11. Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success and impact of robotics and digitalization initiatives and report regularly to senior leadership.
12. Innovation and Research: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization and support R&D efforts to explore new technologies.

We are looking for talent with experience and knowledge in end-to-end robotic implementations. Leadership skills for the integration of projects together with interdisciplinary teams are essential. Proficiency in conversational English (advanced level) is required.
