Marketing Specialist Engineer

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing effective technical marketing communication materials to promote AEI's Critical Sensing and Control (CSC) products and applications. This position requires a combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving to create effective marketing materials, block diagrams, and field training campaigns. This position is an integral part of the organization’s marketing team and works closely with marketing leaders, product managers, design engineers, and other support staff to ensure that the organization’s technical marketing message aligns with the AEI corporate marketing strategy. Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute technical marketing communication materials for the field sales teams, including marketing campaigns focused on the proposition of CSC products and applications.
2. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
3. Design and create print, digital, and multimedia technical marketing collateral, such as marketing war boards, competitive analysis, application notes, block diagrams, white papers, and web page content.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical marketing messages are consistent and effective.
5. Identify and evaluate innovative marketing opportunities and channels.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
7. Manage budgetary and timeline requirements for projects.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent.
2. 2+ years’ experience in application support, product marketing, or design engineering in electronics.
3. Experience working with a variety of software applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
4. Knowledge in relevant products and applications.
5. Excellent software application skills, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
6. Ability to develop and execute marketing plans.
7. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO).
8. Ability to develop and manage social media strategies.
9. Knowledge of web development and design.
10. Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia software.
11. Ability to work with analytics and reporting tools.
12. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
13. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and techniques.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
15. Flexible in terms of availability for team calls at different times as per business requirements.
