YOUR ROLE

• Support vehicle level meetings on new projects.
• Manage Electrical Hardware and Software Engineering (EHSE) responses to initiatives from vehicle, Module, Platform.
• Follow EHSE strategy for new component / Module/ Platform development.
• Lead a team of Program Chiefs representing EHSE department.
• Review status of development for all EHSE components involved with assigned vehicle(s).
• Support all EHSE vehicle compliance with regulatory guidelines set forth by the vehicle team.
• Drive the team to meet quality, cost, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Lead the EHSE team at Plant development builds and throughout production.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 yrs in automotive product development.
• Experience in Project Management Office role or Coordinator of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Availability to travel frequently to Saltillo, Coahuila.
• Strong knowledge in automotive product design.
• Advanced English.
