What you’ll do:

Supervise the Kaizen Workshop Team, follow and promote kaizen suggestions at site level, facilitate continuous improvement activities, and support plant activities to grow people. Responsibilities include:

1. Lean Manufacturing deployment activities
2. Concept and design improvements
3. 2D & 3D Design
4. People Management
5. Compliance of Kaizen Suggestions System according to plant site needs
6. Conduct workshops by quarter as required by divisional plan
7. Improve profitability through the elimination of waste
8. Decrease lead-time through value stream analysis and flow optimization
9. Be a key player in SQDCM
10. Follow-up on kaizen suggestion system in all departments
11. Propose continuous improvement ideas
12. Definition and standardization of production lines
13. Drive continuous improvement activities in production and non-production areas through Lean Manufacturing tools and processes
14. Provide administrative tasks as required
15. Organize and conduct workshops in all departments
16. Follow-up on 5S in all departments
17. Ensure site/area metrics are updated and accurately reported as necessary
18. Assist in Autoliv Production System Standards compliance
19. Monitor and support the APS roadmap and continuous improvement of the process to achieve KPIs
20. Support Target Conditions throughout the site
21. Conduct cost and savings analysis

What is required:

Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 5 years minimum experience. Required skills include:

1. Mechanical experience using CNC equipment
2. Industrial Engineering
3. Continuous Improvement
4. Process Engineering
