Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment.
Apply corrective actions from KBA and SAP notes.
System Performance Tuning.
Update/Upgrade ABAP/JAVA systems.
Plan a SP update/upgrades.
Troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios.
Plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customers.
Support L2 members.
Attend and participate actively in technical meetings.
Provide knowledge transfer.
Certificate implementation.
System refresh.
System export.
Backup/Restore knowledge.
Language installation.
Application installation/uninstallation.
Skills Mandatory:
Experience with multiple SAP components, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, and Content Server, with experience in HANA Database Administration.
Experience working with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM tools.
Desired experience working with Linux environments.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
