Power & Grid Key Account Manager

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Power & Grid Segment KAM in our Polanco Hub, Mexico City.

At Schneider Electric, we empower our customers with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability in the Power & Grid segment. We are looking for a passionate and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team and help us strengthen our relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Power & Grid segment, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Present new offerings and innovative solutions to clients, showcasing the value of Schneider Electric products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer needs.

• Strong knowledge of the utilities segment, including electrical substations, measurement, and protection systems.
• Background in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience in account management or sales within the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
