Gerente de Mantenimiento

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance for all plant equipment
• Maintain the entire facility, including management of utilities, HVAC, fire suppression systems, etc.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing or repairing parts, testing and adjusting electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic machinery and equipment
• Continuously maintaining equipment performance to reduce downtime.
• Maintaining parts inventory and repair/calibration records for all equipment

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Personnel Administration
• Lean Manufacturing
• Interpretation of technical drawings
• PLC’s
• Hydraulics, pneumatics, medium voltage electricity, frequency converters.
• 8 D’s and 5 Why’s, root cause analysis.
• Advanced English
