The Opportunity

• Administrative point of contact for all updates, BAUs, and changes to Fieldglass application.
• Design and test any new features in Fieldglass.
• Review and investigate integration errors.
• Identify and implement process enhancements.
• Work with a variety of stakeholders to identify system enhancement priorities.
• Manage Service Now Tickets.
• Quarterly Release Management – Testing.

Your Impact

As Sector IT Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:

• Work with business analysts to document and manage business and functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required controls, document procedures, track key Performance Indicators, and translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices.
• Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged software first.
• Prototype the configuration and test; as appropriate, apply the configuration in the gold client and re-test.
• Adhere to PepsiCo’s change control standards & PepsiCo methodology / COE standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, internal and external customers to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions.
• Work with business analysts and QA team to prepare test scenarios and data.
• Possess a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data for at least one module/function.
• Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations.
• Experience with obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

• SAP Fieldglass.
• SAP Cloud System.
• SAP Reporting & Analytics.
• Advanced conversational English.
