Revenue Cycle Management: Overseeing the entire revenue cycle, including coding, billing, collections, and denial management for the Home Health Agency.

Financial Reporting: Creating reports, analyzing data, and identifying lost revenue.

Cash Flow: Improving cash flow and minimizing bad debt.

Accounts Receivable: Managing accounts receivables and ensuring timely claim submissions. Implementing collection activities.

Training: Training others on revenue cycle processes and providing coding education to staff.

Team Management: Supervising the RCM team, including coders, RCM specialists, and admissions.

Practice Fee Schedule: Setting the annual practice fee schedule.

Coding Trends: Staying current on coding and revenue trends and implementing coding changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. A bachelor's degree in business administration or finance.
2. Familiarity with medical billing: Medicare, Commercial Insurance, Work Comp.
3. Knowledge of medical terminology.
4. Medical coding certification or equivalent.
5. Experience billing for facilities or institutions.

Salario: $35000 Mensuales libres (esquema mixto) más bono cuatrimestral basado en resultados.

1. Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura.
2. 5 años de experiencia.
3. Idiomas: Inglés.
4. Edad: entre 30 y 50 años.
5. Conocimientos: Microsoft Excel, Finanzas.
