As our next Materials Planner, you’ll be at the forefront of translating customer requirements into material/component needs. Your expertise in materials planning and inventory management will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Determine material quantities to order and date(s) required.
• Enter release data into the system.
• Release orders to suppliers.
• Monitor and communicate any issues with material delivery that may affect the schedule.
• Track shipments from suppliers and delivery performance.
• Monitor receipt of material.
• Monitor inventory levels for compliance with established limits.
• Cycle count inventory as per management instruction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in materials planning or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Mainframe AS400; MAPICS; EDICOM).
• Strong analytical skills; background/experience in statistics is a plus.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Understanding of how manufacturing systems work, including how material is stored, used, reported, and scrapped.
• Proficient in English.
