The ideal candidate is someone who works on quality service and information to customers within processes and policies already defined. The main purpose is to achieve customer satisfaction meeting their needs by 100%.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Process orders via E-commerce tool/EDI and/or e-mail.
  2. Reserve orders (soft allocation) and provide shipping instructions.
  3. Notify customer availability report.
  4. Coordinate shipment from any warehouse required.
  5. Request to the Compliance Department Certificate of Origin based on the shipped items. At the same time, coordinate with the Finance department to generate the prepaid & add freight invoice.
  6. Create the commercial invoice for import purposes.
  7. Send to customers the survey links the first five working days every month.
  8. Customer care calls.
  9. Coordinate customer returns and claims according to the internal processes and policies.
  10. Follows and teaches by example the corporate guidelines on health, safety, and environment.
  11. Support with tasks and basic queries in ecommerce.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Administration, Marketing or similar.
  2. 2 years of prior experience in Customer Service.
  3. Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge.
