PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries. As SAP consultant, you will support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central Payroll. HCM payroll background is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors ECP solution. Knowledge on Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and other SF suite components is a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years domain experience, with a minimum of 2 years of SAP SSFF experience and 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SSFF implementations.
EDUCATION
Bachelor in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English – Fluent in both spoken and written English (Mandatory). Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Optional).
