Team Overview
As a Business Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by developing and executing strategic initiatives, building partnerships with high-potential companies in the Mexico Market to achieve business results and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Role Responsibilities
- Prospecting business partners, diagnosing their requirements, and building valuable solutions for each of them.
- Identifying and collaborating closely with our business partners' decision-makers.
- Establishing business relationships with partners such as retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, and others, to build and foster long-term relationships with a win-win mentality.
- Preparing weekly progress reports and ensuring that the data is accurate.
- Conducting accurate and personalized follow-ups with each client.
- Understanding and taking ownership of DiDi's objectives and purpose to continuously improve the company's performance.
- Meeting and exceeding the expectations and commitments of our partners by providing excellent service.
- Developing action plans and ensuring their implementation to achieve the established objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of experience in the commercial area with solid experience in account management and/or consultative selling.
- Results and performance driven.
- Strategic and Data-Driven thinking. Able to bring solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- (Nice-to-have) SQL Management.
