Sr. Manager, Integrations (SAP) Senior - Híbrido en Warner Bros. Discovery

WBD Integration team is seeking a Senior Manager - Integration who will be responsible for providing technical expertise for supporting and enhancing the Integration suite (Informatica Power Center, IICS). We are specifically looking for a candidate with solid technical skills and experience in integrating ERP applications, SAAS, PAAS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc., and data warehouses such as Teradata, Snowflake, and RedShift. Experience with the Informatica cloud platform would be ideal for this position.

Your Role Accountabilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive system integration strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and improve overall efficiency through integration.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of system integration specialists, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
3. Integration Management: Manage end-to-end integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
4. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of various software systems, APIs, middleware, and integration tools. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in system integration.
5. Quality Assurance: Establish testing protocols to validate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of integrated systems. Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to proactively identify and address any issues.

Qualifications & Experiences:

1. 12+ years of experience as an ETL/Integration developer/engineer/architect.
2. 5 years of experience working with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow, and Monitor.
3. 3+ years of programming experience in writing Linux and Shell scripts.
4. 7 years of experience setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver and SAP IDocs.
5. Experience in the extraction of SAP data sources using different integration methods.
6. Proven experience in system integration management, preferably in a complex and large-scale IT environment.
7. Proficiency in programming languages, API integration, and data transformation.
8. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
9. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies.
10. Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP) can be a plus.
