LAR Customer Service Coordinator (Trilingual)
Location: Mexico City
Your skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English make you the perfect fit for this highly rewarding role.
You will play a front-line role in ensuring our clients are in the best hands when they are traveling in Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries – providing superior customer service in our clients’ greatest time of need.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling a variety of incoming calls.
- Explaining policy benefits.
- Making arrangements for emergency medical treatment.
- Tracking delayed luggage, and explaining the process for Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption benefits, among others.
- Carefully documenting each case.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
- A strong orientation to problem-solving and sense of urgency.
- The ability to work with cases that demand a high level of attention, care, and fast and accurate responses.
