Finance Operations Analyst, LATAM

Role Overview:

As part of the growing Finance team, the Finance Operations Analyst will be critical in the daily operation and expansion of the Company’s finance & treasury functions and offerings. The role is critical in ensuring robust daily operations, with a strong focus on delivering a high-standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will play a key role in managing daily fund flows, client transactions, and custody of assets – covering both fiat and crypto.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s fund flows, ensuring sufficient balances to meet operational needs across various products.
• Monitor and analyze fund movements to identify trends and potential areas for optimization.
• Utilize both internal and external tools to generate accurate and timely reports, providing regular updates to management regarding the status of funds and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve operational customer issues relating to remittances, credit cards, and crypto transactions on a daily basis
• Perform bank wires, currency conversions, and swapping of assets with providers and clients
• Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for treasury operations.
• Design scalable systems that can accommodate future growth and increased operational demands.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, being able to juggle interfacing with stakeholders and execution simultaneously
• Analytical and adaptable, someone who can work autonomously and is comfortable with ambiguity and dealing with new issues
• 4 to 6 years of practical and relevant experience gained from an accounting/finance/banking back-office setting
• Knowledge of financial operations and execution is preferred
• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with proficiency in additional languages skills in Spanish would be a huge advantage
• Keen interest in fintech and crypto/web3
